Gutenverse — a WordPress Gutenberg blocks page builder, as well as the gutenverse.com website and all associated assets, are owned and operated by the Indonesian corporation Jegstudio (also referred to as “the Company”).
The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “Jegstudio” refers to us at Jegstudio and the products we are offering you. Similarly, terms like “users”, “you”, “your” refer to all our users and visitors browsing the website or using a product.

Access To Gutenverse
Free Version
Gutenverse is a freely downloadable product that is accessible through our website or the WordPress plugin repository.
PRO Version
Gutenverse offers a PRO version for purchase, which can be acquired by an annual subscription. Access to PRO features, updates, and customer support are available so long as you have an active license. Although your website remains unaffected by the expiration of your premium license, you will lose access to updates for the PRO features, support, and other related benefits.
License
All our WordPress plugins and themes tagged with GPL and that are available on WordPress.org are licensed under GNU general public license. You are free to modify these themes for personal or commercial use. For more details of the license, please check the license file inside the theme folder after you download it or you can visit the GNU general public license site.
Subscriptions and Payment
After browsing our website you may be interested in purchasing Gutenverse PRO plans. This can be purchased according to the prices and pricing tiers that are published and accepted on our website. You will be required to submit payment information to do so. To process the payments we use PayPal and Lemon Squeezy. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our plans.
Gutenverse PRO offers various subscription plans. This subscription will automatically renew and you will be billed at the end of your term for the following year if your subscription is still active.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer up to fourteen (14) days after the purchase. To request a refund, you must fill out the form provided in your invoice. The form becomes available seven (7) days after your purchase of the Gutenverse PRO plan to prevent abuse. We encourage customers to use the product (or service) within the first two weeks to ensure satisfaction. Refunds are not available after the 14-day period and only completed transactions are eligible for a refund. Please note that if you are on your second circle of recurring, the refund button will not appear.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for any relevant state, federal, or provincial taxes. Although you may not be charged taxes by us, you acknowledge and agree to pay any applicable taxes or fees to your local or state tax agency for any purchases. We are not responsible for collecting, transmitting, or advising on taxes, duties, or other levies by the government regarding your purchases.
Trademark
“Gutenverse” is used by us, Jegstudio, to specifically identify our site, service, and business. You agree not to use this term in any context without obtaining our consent. Additionally, you agree not to use our trademark or copy the look and feel of our site or its design without our prior written consent. You acknowledge that this paragraph goes beyond the governing law on intellectual property law and includes prohibitions on any competition that violates the provisions of this paragraph, including starting your own competing business.
Changes To The Services Or Terms
Jegstudio reserves the right at any time to (i) change any information, guidelines, features, or functions of the site, services, or software, including any trial, (ii) suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any or all of the services or any trial, including the availability of any feature, database or content, or (iii) put limits on certain features and services or restrict access to parts or all of the services, including any trial, in each case with or without prior notice and without any liability to you or any third party.
Jegstudio may update or revise this agreement from time to time. If Jegstudio updates or revises the agreement, Jegstudio will notify you either by email to your most recently provided email address, by posting the updated or revised agreement on the site, or by any other manner chosen by Jegstudio. Your use of the site, services, or software following any such update or revision constitutes your agreement to be bound by and comply with this agreement as updated or revised.
