Payments are accepted through bank transfers, corporate checks, and major credit cards. For digital transactions, secure gateways like PayPal or Stripe are utilized.
2. Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% down payment is required to secure the timeline and initiate material procurement. This ensures resources are dedicated exclusively to your project.
3. What’s the payment schedule?
The balance is structured into milestone-based installments, with 30% due after the structural phase and the final 20% settled upon project completion.
4. Are design revisions free?
Two rounds of minor revisions are included. Further changes requested after the finalization of the design are subjected to additional consulting fees.
5. What is the cancellation policy?
The initial deposit is non-refundable to cover design hours already expended. Credits are issued only for unstarted milestones or unpurchased materials.
